What a year in music! A lot of horrible things went down in 2016, but man… the music was on point. Here, I’ll be highlighting some releases that I think might have been skipped over given bigger artist releasing new music. We all know about Beyonce, Solange, Tribe, Childish Gambino (the list goes on) and deservedly so. All those artist put out some amazing art. Below is my attempt to help bring light to artist that you might have missed in the vastness of the internet and music. I’ve featured most of these artist in past episodes, but once is never enough.
